As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and details about the courier handling your delivery.

We’re so sorry to hear that! If your order arrived damaged, please email us at hello@duplo.mk within 3 days of receiving your package.

Include:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • Your order number

At the moment, in-store pickup is not available. Our webshop operates from a separate HQ and fulfillment center, which is not connected to our physical coffee bar.
