Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in MKD (Macedonian denar) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Duplo ships internationally with DHL Express, ensuring fast, reliable, and trackable delivery worldwide.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you have any questions about international shipping or customs, feel free to reach out to us at hello@duplo.mk — we’re happy to help.

Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at hello@duplo.mk.
Returns are accepted for unused, non-perishable items within 14 days.
Food and coffee products cannot be returned unless there was a mistake on our part.
