Coffee: 15 g
Water: 250 g
Ratio: 1:16.7
Grind: Medium-fine (similar to table salt)
Water temp: 94–96°C
Total brew time: 2:45–3:00 min
Filter: Hario V60 02 filter, rinsed

Brew Steps:

Bloom – Pour 45 g of water to saturate the grounds. Let bloom for 30–40 sec.
First pour – Pour up to 150 g in slow circles, keeping water level even.
Second pour – At 1:10–1:15 min, pour the rest to reach 250 g total.
Let drain completely. Aim for total time around 2:45–3:00 min.
