• 2-3 days shipping on orders – Monday to Friday.
• We ship across Macedonia and internationally.
• Shipping partners: DHL, Duplo and local couriers.

Shipping Prices

Free shipping in Skopje above 1500МКД.
Regular shipping fee in Skopje 150МКД.

Free shipping in Macedonia above 3000МКД.
Regular shipping fee in Macedonia 200МКД.

Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you order. If something’s wrong, let us fix it.

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at hello@duplo.mk with a photo and order number. 
We’ll replace the item or offer a refund — your choice.
• Returns for unused items (non-coffee) are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
  All products must be returned in a brand new, unused condition, with unbroken packaging.
 If the packaging of these products is broken, you will lose the right to refund the order.

Note: Due to freshness, coffee and food items are non-returnable, unless there was an error on our side.
