Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in MKD (Macedonian denar) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping

• We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day.
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Cancellations & Returns

• You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at hello@duplo.mk.
• Returns are accepted for unused, non-perishable items within 14 days.
• Food and coffee products cannot be returned unless there was a mistake on our part.

We do our best to describe all products accurately. Since some items are handmade, minor variations in color or texture may occur — and that’s part of their charm.
